'MILAPLAST' was founded on June, 1999 as a manufacturing company aimed at the production of the original injection moulding technologies and at the series production of high-technology plastic products in the interests of the important producers of household equipment.
In 1999-2000, the employees of our company developed and introduced the original technology of plastic framing ('capsulation') for glass shelves and also a parts manufacturing technology forthe glass pallet assembly for 'STINOL' and 'ATLANT' refrigerators.
In 2001, 'MILAPLAST' and company 'GLAVERBEL-VOSTOK', aimed at production and processing of glass, completed an agreement on cooperation which allow us to bring our production volume and product range upto fundamentally new level.
In 2002, a sister company of 'MILAPLAST' wase stablished in the town of Lipetsk. The activity of the sister companyis aimed at supplying refrigeration industrial enterprise 'STINOL' ('INDESIT INTERNATIONAL') with details and component parts.
In 2003, 'MILAPLAST' and refrigeration industrial enterprise 'STINOL' ('INDESIT INTERNATIONAL') completed a long-term agreement on cooperation about details and component parts delivery for refrigerators.
Since 2004, 'MILAPLAST' has proceeded to production of capsulated shelves and pallets from tempered glass in the interests of such refrigeration industrial enterprises as 'SNAIGE' (Lithuania) and 'BIRUSA' (Krasnoyarsk).
In 2006, 'MILAPLAST' concluded contract sand agreements with companies 'ВЕКО' and 'VESTEL'. Delivery of details and component parts for production of large household equipment is already started. The batch production of the complete set from four "containers" for preparation of products in a microwave of the furnace is mastered.
In 2007, 'MILAPLAST' began to cooperate with 'BOSH POWER TOOLS'. They prepare details and component parts forelectro-driven tools to start series production.
In 2008 - is made the contract and teamwork on deliveries of details of home appliances for LLC "SAMSUNG ELECTRONICS RUS KALUGA" and "ВЕКО" are begun.
In 2009 – the technology is mastered, introduced into manufacture and the technological site of silk-screen printing, focused on full assembly of completing for LLC " SAMSUNG ELECTRONICS RUS KALUGA" is organized. Now I work five lines. The site of assembly of forward frameworks, back covers and the bases of monitors is organized. On the Lipetsk industrial platform within the framework of teamwork from 'BOSH POWER TOOLS' the technology is mastered and the site for drawing the image by a method of a stamping is organized.
In 2010 – within the framework of the program of modernization of manufacture is completed installation of system of ventilation of the process equipment in industrial shops. November
, 11, 2010 – the annual meeting of suppliers LLC " SAMSUNG ELECTRONICS RUS KALUGA" was held. Firm "MILAPLAST" is marked and awarded as " the BEST SUPPLIER of 2010 ". In 2011 – within the framework of the program of modernization of manufacture are purchased, established and started in manufacture new automatic injection moulding machines "NEGRI BOSSI CANBIO V550" and ".....V250", equipped by robots – manipulators and all necessary process equipment. The system of preparation of water and cooling moulds is modernized. Five pumps " YKEN " (Japan), mounted and started in manufacture. Works on expansion and modernizations of sites of assembly, silk-screen printing and tampoprintingare continued.
December, 21, 2011 – the annual meeting of suppliers LLC " SAMSUNG ELECTRONICS RUS KALUGA"
was held. Firm "MILAPLAST" is marked and awarded as " the BEST SUPPLIER of 2011 ". The System of the Quality Management of "MILAPLAST" is certificated on conformity to requirements ISO 9001:2000.
In November, 2011 "MILAPLAST" has successfully passed recertificated Systems of the quality Management under the new version of standards ISO 9001.
